Short Black Talk - Coca-Cola Place - Rice Daubney

Shortblack6

Our sixth Short Black - Architects in their Space will be given by Paul Reidy, Principal with Rice Daubney on Coca-Cola Place (formerly known as The ARK).

Integrated into North Sydney's heritage precinct the iconic form of Coca-Cola Place (The Ark) rises above its peers to create a new benchmark for innovation and sustainable design for the CBD skyline.

Coca-Cola Place is the first completed high-rise commercial building to achieve a 6 Star Green Star V2 As Built rating in New South Wales, Australia and is the first fully integrated Building Information Model (BIM) completed high-rise in Australia.

Architecturally sophisticated, Coca-Cola Place is representing ‘World Leadership' in sustainable design. It has received many awards including the Baulderstone Award for Best Sustainable Development in Australia - New Buildings. Coca Cola Place is that rare building that will be described as iconic for years to come.

The perfect union of architectural and technological innovation - of style and substance.

The talk and tour will be followed by an opportunity for informal discussion with Paul and fellow guests over drinks.

The talk is supported by Investa Property Group.
